Most of the San Luis Obispo Wine Region is in the Edna Valley. The area is anchored by the old mission town of San Luis Obispo to the north and the beach communities and Arroyo Grande to the south. There are few wineries here but they are interesting and diverse with excellent wines. Along with the coastal attractions you will find the San Luis Obispo (SLO) region is a treat to visit and worth the drive from the Los Angeles or San Francisco areas.
